A name with a flag on it
Bourbon is America's only native spirit, protected by law. The Bourbon plants a flag in the category and pours like it means it.

Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey
Charred oak, deep amber, a backbone of corn and time. Made in Kentucky, bottled with restraint, built to be the one you reach for.
The story
Whiskey drinkers do not ask for a brand. They ask for a bourbon. We took that word and made it a name: confident, plain-spoken, and impossible to forget. A heritage American whiskey with nothing to prove and nothing to hide.
Bourbon is America's only native spirit, protected by law. The Bourbon plants a flag in the category and pours like it means it.
A corn-forward mashbill, new charred oak, and real age. No flavor tricks, no shortcuts. Our bottled-in-bond expression carries the federal stamp of an honest pour.
Built for the rocks, the Old Fashioned, and the long evening. A bourbon that earns its place on the back bar and the home shelf alike.
The range
From an everyday small batch to a cask-strength dare. Proofs shown are illustrative of the lineup.
The flagship. Built for the rocks, the highball, and the everyday pour.
One cask, bottled on its own. No two barrels alike. For the collector.
One distilling season, four years, 100 proof. The 1897 federal mark of an honest pour.
Uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel. A few drops of water open a whole orchard.
A spicier mashbill. The cocktail bartender's pick for an Old Fashioned with edge.
Wheat in place of rye. The easy, generous pour that wins a room without trying.
The good life
The pour worth coming home to. A bottle with the bearing of a house that has nothing left to prove.
The pours
House standards, kept short. Pour by feel and adjust.
Stir thirty turns, no longer. The bourbon does the work.
Build in the glass. Stir once. The summer pour, all year.
Sip the water first. Then the bourbon. Tasting note: the room got smaller.
Made in Kentucky
Every barrel of The Bourbon spends the long Kentucky year on the rickhouse floor: cold winters that pull the spirit deep into the wood, summers that push it back out sweeter. We pick when the barrel says it's time.
The craft
Distilled and barreled in Kentucky by hands that have made bourbon for generations. No neutral spirit dressed up as age. Every expression is sampled and dialed until it earns the name on the label.
The house
The Bourbon Co. is the house behind the bottle. We don't run the still ourselves. We pick the mashbill, the cask, the warehouse floor, and the moment to pull. Our partners distill in Kentucky to our spec; we age, taste, and sign off before a bottle ever leaves the rickhouse.
A house of one
One brand, six expressions, a single house standard. Every bottle of The Bourbon carries the same name, the same word, the same shelf-talker confidence.
A house in Kentucky
Distilled, aged, and bottled in Kentucky. Limestone water, four-season rickhouses, char no. 4 oak. The state does the slow work; we do the picking.
A house, not a hobby
The Bourbon Co. is a long-game whiskey house. The aim is the bottle a bartender reaches for without thinking and the home shelf that always has a finger left.
Questions
We're staging the first release for a quiet pour in select Kentucky and east-coast markets, then opening up from there. Join the list and you'll be the first to know the date and where to find a bottle.
At launch, a small set of bars and shops in Kentucky, with a wider footprint to follow. We'll share a stockist map with the list before any retail goes live.
The Bourbon Co. owns the brand, the mashbill, and the house standard. The whiskey is distilled and aged in Kentucky by a partner with generations of bourbon work behind them. We taste and pick every barrel.
An 1897 U.S. federal mark of an honest pour: a single distilling season, at least four years in the barrel, exactly 100 proof, made at one distillery. It is the cleanest provenance stamp in American whiskey, and we use it where it fits.
It is. The Bourbon Co. makes The Bourbon. Whiskey drinkers already ask for "a bourbon", and we believe the boldest name in the category is the word everyone says. The defensible part is the look, the label, and the house behind it.
